Vice Bishop Isaac Hall
& Executive Pastor Connie Hall
Bishop Isaac Hall is the National Director of the Pennsylvania Council of Clergy, Inc. and is responsible for advertising, recruitment, and enrollment of episcopal and lay clergy nationwide. He works in partnership with PCC administrative leadership to facilitate candidates for elevation, consecration and ordination, as well as working to establish state PCC chapters and identify and develop potential regional leaders across the United States.

Executive Pastor Connie Hall is responsible for the administrative and financial duties of Lighthouse. She is also the Public Information Officer and is responsible for contacting the media regarding Lighthouse events. She holds a Master's Degree in Theology and is currently pursuing her Doctorate degree in Pastoral Ministry.
Senior Pastor Michael Thurmond
& Minister Lynda Thurmond
Pastor Michael Thurmond is responsible for pastoral duties at the Lighthouse. He has been a member since 2001. In June 2015, Pastor Thurmond was ordained as Associate Pastor of Lighthouse. He has served in this capacity with grace and wisdom. He graduated from American University of Biblical Studies with a Certificate in Biblical and Theological Studies in September 2005.
